REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Name Exchange

If you change your mind about your purchase and if we have not shipped your Name Exchange Box or you have not downloaded your name change documents, we will issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have received your name change kit via mail or internet download are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Shipping costs associated with returns are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed the same business day, though it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
